Kristin Johnson, Director of Customer Experience at Source 1 Solutions, is leading the Tampa Bay Chamber’s 45th Annual Small Business of the Year (SBOY) Awards as the 2025 Committee Chair. In this role, she oversees the nomination and selection process, ensuring the program continues to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of small businesses in the Tampa Bay area.
The SBOY Awards highlight the achievements of local entrepreneurs and business leaders across five categories: Startup, 5–20 employees, 21–50 employees, 51–250 employees, and Outstanding Leader of the Year. Under Kristin’s leadership, the program has continued to foster community engagement and support for small businesses, reflecting her commitment to economic development and community service.
Kristin’s dedication to community involvement extends beyond the SBOY Awards.
