Clearwater, Fla. – Rebekah Nault, Director of Global Business Development at Source 1 Solutions, a global managed IT services company headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, has been selected as a participant in the Air Mobility Command (AMC) Civic Leader Program. This prestigious initiative fosters collaboration and understanding between the United States Air Force and respected civilian leaders from communities across the nation.
The AMC Civic Leader Program is a MAJCOM-level initiative that selects participants who are leaders in their communities, recognized for their integrity, character, and commitment to civic engagement. The program offers a unique opportunity for leaders like Nault to build strong relationships with the AMC Commander and other key officials, providing insight and feedback on Air Force initiatives and fostering deeper understanding and cooperation between the military and civilian communities.

Over a 36-month period, Nault will join fellow civic leaders in meeting with the AMC Commander every six months, including an initial orientation at Headquarters AMC, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The program’s structured sessions will offer in-depth insights into the AMC’s operations, while also highlighting unique capabilities at different Air Force bases around the country. These interactions are designed to deepen participants’ understanding of Air Mobility Command’s mission and its critical role in executing rapid global mobility for the Joint Force.
The AMC Civic Leader Program enables participants to act as ambassadors, sharing information about the Air Force’s activities with their communities while offering valuable input to AMC leadership on public attitudes and local concerns. Through this dual role, civic leaders like Nault contribute to a more informed public dialogue and help bridge the gap between civilian and military spheres.
